We perform 15+ tests daily in both A2 Cow and A2 Buffalo Milk having a dedicated lab technician who is a qualified degree holder ensuring Purity & Quality in terms of its nutrition contents.
Our regular checks of acidity essential is a direct indicator of freshness of milk where we take due care to bring the best quality natural milk to your door step in chilled condition within hours of milking with its true original form.
As a reiteration to our quality, we do random test sample verifications in both A2 Cow and our A2 Buffalo milk with third party labs on multiple parameters.
Our milk is certified for A2 (Beta casein) with government approved thirdparty labs at periodic intervals since these are expensive tests. A2 Beta casein is believed to reduce risk of milk allergies, reduce digestive system concerns, better central nervous system performance, reduced risk of heart diseases etc bringing us the older days of best milk from Indian breed Cows. It is to be noted that all Buffalo milk varieties also are A2 milk.
Our milk is also rich on Beta carotene (precursor to Vitamin A) and Riboflavin (Vitamin B6) which was both responsible to the yellowish color of Cow milk. In addition we also test regularly for Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin) which per studies is rich in natural raw milk like ours and gets destroyed in UHT paesterized and processed milk.
