  • Please select a Products you would like to subscribe first with us in the website or subscription page link provided to you
  • Please provide your name, address, apply coupons (if any during offers) and complete the payment process to subscribe to the product
  • You will receive a mail confirmation on subscription and an invitation to access our customer portal
  • Please call us @ +91 93448 81208 for any support on subscription process
  • We can also create subscription for your from back end and provide you access to customer portal for which please call the above numbers and we can guide you
  • You may opt to subscribe to more of our products after completing first subscription process and getting customer portal access.
  • With the password received in your registered e-mail ID, please access customer portal
  • View subscriptions details and ensure it’s correct
  • View Invoice details to make necessary payments. Any issues with the invoice, you may comment back in the customer portal or via customer portal send us a message and we shall resolve as the earliest
  • View Payments made and have a record of your statement
  • Please message us via customer portal or whatsapp / call @ (+91) 93448 81208 before 8 PM a day in case you are going out and want to pause subscription for a day or more.
  • View Credit Notes provided to you during paused days. Credit Note represent a positive cash note to your account as part of credit for not using our product for a day or two. You can use the credit note to adjust against your invoice as the subscription renews
  • You may cancel subscription anytime via customer portal if you are not satisfied with our product or due to other reasons like relocation and we shall understand the reason from you to refund any outstanding amount within 3 days. In case of disappointing experiences, kindly request us to give us chance to fix the issues (if any)
  • Money Back Guarantee for first 2 days : In case you cancel the subscription within first two days of subscription start date due to not being satisfied in our product, we shall provide you full refund of any amount you paid immediately
  • We are also in process of introduction a ‘Pause Subscription’ button to make the experience still better. Kind wait for more improvements on the customer portal and keep providing us feedback
  • Add-On product is a one-time purchase transaction. Any day when you have guests at home and want extra milk, please message us via customer portal whatsapp / call @ (+91) 93448 81208 before 8 PM and we shall get it delivered to you house
  • View Add-On product invoice generated in customer portal
  • You may also subscribe to more of our products in the same way and view details in the customer portal
